I have been with Keller Williams Realty since October 1999. As a public school teacher for 23 years before joining Keller Williams, I learned the skills necessary in education that are highly applicable in real estate: sensitivity to people, organizational skills, negotiating skills, patience, tolerance, optimism, diplomacy, a high work ethic, and a genuine affection for people. I promise my clients these qualities wrapped in integrity, loyalty, and hard work. As my motto states, I seek to "exceed your expections of personal service and positive results." I ascribe to the Keller Williams philosophy of "Win-Win or No Deal" to all parties involved in a real estate transaction.
Since joining Keller Williams I have been blessed with a very successful real estate career. I have been a top producer in my office every year since 2000, and have assisted countless happy buyers and sellers in realizing their dreams and goals. I have been a member of the Agent Leadership Council (top 20 % of agents in the office; responsible for assisting team leader in making management and financial decisions, training and mentoring to other agents) for the past 5 years. I have participated in numerous Keller Williams University workshops and training, including Mega-Agent Camp, Listing Clinic, Buyers Clinic, and others, as well as numerous classes offered by the Texas Real Estate Commission. While working as a realtor in the Dallas area I was a member of the Greater Dallas Board of Realtors Leadership class of 2001-2002.
This leadership and training has been beneficial not only to me but to my clients as well. For me, the best part of this job is the satisfaction I feel after providing first class service to all my clients. My goal is to exceed their expectations of my professionalism, knowledge and service.
My husband and I made the decision to move to the Austin area in the fall of 2005, in order to be closer to my elderly mother, our children, grandchildren, and numerous other relatives. We have immersed ourselves in the Austin culture and real estate market, and have joined several local charitable, art, social, business and church organizations, and are delighted to be back where we both had lived some years back. (I graduated from high school here and started my degree work at U.T.) We find this real estate market to be exciting and challenging, and we are enjoying working in here and getting to know Austin with fresh eyes.
I always look forward to working with new clients - buyers and sellers - in helping them achieve their dreams and goals!
